REMOS TP is mono-grade oils, high base number, designed for marine medium-speed type piston diesel engine (TPEO) uses fuel with a sulfur content of more than 1.0% under extreme operating conditions.

Characteristics

  • High base values help neutralize the acid produced by fuel which anti-corrosion in rings and engine cylinders.
  • Good dispersant and detergent additives prevent formation deposit, soot and sludge.
  • Maintain a stable lubricating film under harsh operating conditions, heavy loads.
  • Effectively minimizes mechanical abrasion due to friction of the crankshaft, piston and rings.
  • Good Interoperability and mixing with lubricating oils for marine cylinders with single-base marine engines.

Applications

  • Designed for marine medium-speed type piston diesel engine (TPEO) uses fuel with a sulfur content of more than 1.0% under extreme operating conditions.
  • The crosshead diesel engines when requested by the manufacturer.
  • Lubricate the cylinders of the piston engine.

Preservation and Safety

  • Storage in a covered warehouse.
  • Store temperature should not exceed 60oC.
  • Keep off sparks and flammable materials. Storage must be covered carefully and away from the risk of contamination.
  • Used oil must be treated properly, don’t pour directly into ditches , water sources.

Packing

  • Can, bucket of 18 Liter, 25 Liter, Drum of 200 Liter.
  • Or package meets to customer’s requirements.
