MERCURY HVI is super quality high viscosity index hydraulic oil, anti-wear and shear stable viscosity index technology improver to maintain lubricity and transmission consecutive under extreme conditions and the temperature of operate varies widely and fluctuates.
Characteristics
- Due to high viscosity index, high shear stability of the viscosity index technology, help to always maintain stable viscosity, suitable for heavy duty hydraulic systems, variable working temperature.
- Excellent anti-wear and anti-corrosion help to hydraulic system protect and prolong the life of equipment.
- Good thermal stability and resistance oxidation, prevent the sludge, deposits help to extend the oil life, gives a cleaner system and reduced frequency of filter changes.
Specifications and Approvals
ISO VG 22 -150; ISO 6743-4: HV; DIN 51524: HVLP; HLP Parker Denison HF-0, HF-1, HF-2; Eat M-2950-S, I-286-S3; MAG P68, P68, P70; DIN 51525 -2, DIN 51524-3; ISO 11158; ASTM D6158; SAE MS 1004; ANSI/AGMA 9005 –E02-RO; GM LS-2; AIST 126, 127; SEB 181222.
Applications
- Designed for hydraulic systems require low viscosity change with fluctuating temperature, wide variations in temperature, high load and extended duration to use oil.
- Mobile hydraulic equipment in outdoor: Road and bridge construction machinery, heavy load construction machinery, construction trucks...
- Hydraulic systems with crew, vane, gear or piston pumps, used in wide temperature variations in industry.
